You and all your subcontractors were always pleasant and helpful, and extremely understanding when it came to our house perfect. Even with our later than last minute changes, everyone was most accommodating. "

        Debe, you were great in minding the schedule for us, keeping us on time for any of our involvement, even stressing we get our Homestead declaration in on time. Rick, your knowledgeable approach to all the necessary decisions made such decisions easy for us. "

"Beth and I want to thank you for the excellent job you did on our new home. We decided to wait until our callbacks were done to write you. Our last house (with a competitor) took years to get the callbacks done... some were never done right. You not only did them on time as promised, but with care, concern and quality. We have constantly commented to each that we love everything about our home. You both always made sure we were satisfied with everything from start to finish and beyond. A few weeks ago I had a customer, who is building a home with a competitor, ask if we were happy with our builder. They are 3/4 done with construction and are so frustrated with so many things that they have even tried to stop the construction. These are nice, easy going people so I know that their complaint is valid. Our answer was an overwhelming YES - we would build again with R.A.Kot even if our cost was double. Okay, maybe not double, but I was trying to make a point. Thanks for all you did for us...You made this a great family experience.
