Rick and Debe Kot are a dynamic couple with years of experience in building and selling new homes, formal business training and a real feel for the home building industry.

      The Kots aim to build between 12 and 15 houses each year, allowing them to maintain the highest standards of personal attention with each client. Rick’s love for home building began over 20 years ago gaining experience in all aspects of the business. Today, he oversees a talented group of local craftsmen who excel in their given trades. 
     Rick is a very one on one person. He thoroughly enjoys the personal involvement with each client, defining and redefining the concepts and designs of each home. This ensures the individualized feel of the home matches the customer's vision.
     Both Debe and Rick meet with every client, guiding them through  the entire building process. The goal is to keep each client comfortably involved with the building process as their new home progresses.
The Kots are owners of R.A.Kot Homes, designers and builders 
of custom homes in the 
Twin Cities since 1988.
